This system allows to empty and transfer quickly a container filled with granules, capsules, powders, cereals, sand, ... It is a vacuum cane with venturi effect, which allows to transfer and to raise in a simple way, towards a hopper, a material contained in bag. It avoids carrying loads (MSD problems), contact with the transported material, and the use of a ladder or an access platform. Easy to handle and maintenance-free, the bag pump has a transport capacity of 0 to 10 kg/min for an elevation of several meters. Standard passage diameters are 38, 50 and 63 mm inside, but this system is also available with diameters of 19 and 25 mm. Requiring only one source of compressed air, this nozzle is available in single and double flow and in different materials (aluminum, hard chromed aluminum, stainless steel 316L) according to the field of application (various industries, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, packaging, ...). The venturi nozzle is also available separately for fixed applications on production machines, assembly machines, ... Application fields: glass beads, micro-pearled soda, coffee, flakes, plastic or rubber granules, pharmaceutical capsules, sand, cereals, grains, breadcrumbs, additives for water treatment, various powders, ...
