Product overview
Imawrap® is a platinum-cured silicone mandrel-wrapped suction hose reinforced with four plies of polyester fabric and an SS 316 helical wire. Engineered for high-pressure transfer of semi-liquids and liquids, it is suitable for biopharma, pharmaceutical, food, beverage and cosmetics production and offers a compact bending radius for tight installations.

Manufacturing & materials
Manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. Inner liner is made from low-volatile, platinum-cured silicone resin with extractables tested (TOXIKON base E&L studies) and meets NSF-51 food-grade resin requirements. Outer layers can be color-coded to support contamination control protocols.

Availability & fittings
Supplied in custom lengths, with or without SS 316L tri-clamp, BSP and other standard fittings. Suitable for high-pressure liquid transfers and vacuum operations.
