Product overviewASC CS-1511LN is a biaxial analog accelerometer based on MEMS capacitive technology, engineered for continuous condition monitoring and structural health monitoring (SHM). It delivers a single-ended 4-20 mA current output and is optimized for long cable runs and high EMC immunity.
Key features- Sensor type: Accelerometer (analog)
- Sensor technology: MEMS capacitive
- Number of sensitive directions: Biaxial
- Output signal: 4-20 mA current output
- Measurement ranges: 2 g, 5 g, 10 g, 50 g
TechnologyThe ASC CS series uses MEMS capacitive sensing with integrated electronics to provide a reliable single-ended analog current output (4-20 mA). The device supports a flexible supply voltage from 8 to 30 VDC. Broadband noise is below <0.2 µA, making the sensor suitable for very long cable lengths (>100 m) and environments with high electromagnetic interference.
HousingThe accelerometer is installed in a lightweight aluminum enclosure rated to IP67. The unit features an integrated cable with configurable length and multiple connector options for industrial installations.
ApplicationsIntended for continuous condition monitoring and structural health monitoring, including infrastructure monitoring in rail transport, bridge structural analysis and other industrial structural diagnostics.
