Non Touch Panel, Resistive Touch Panel, Capacitive Touch Panel are available. It consists of 16Mb Flash, 128Kb RAM, 320Kb Nor Flash. Flash extending is supported per your requirement. It's under 8051 processor, 250MHz frequency. RS232/TTL is available for the communication. The display is under T5L ASIC, which includes two kernel, namely GUI & OS.
