Oxygen production plant OXYBERG®

Overview
A PSA oxygen plant is a complete on-site oxygen generation system delivered as a pre-assembled, skid-mounted plug-and-play unit. The skid integrates a PSA oxygen generator (OXYBERG®), compressed-air generation and treatment (optionally a KOMPBERG® screw compressor), adsorption dryer (DRYBERG®), multi-stage filtration (PUREBERG®), compressed-air and O₂ buffer vessels, and flow/pressure regulation. Systems are pre-piped, pre-wired and factory-tested to reduce on-site engineering and commissioning effort.

Six pre-engineered skid configurations cover the standard on-site oxygen range. Each configuration is built around a specific OXYBERG® model and includes matched PUREBERG® filter line, DRYBERG® adsorption dryer and O₂ buffer vessel.

Compressor options

• Configurations can be supplied with or without an integrated KOMPBERG® screw compressor.
• Typical integrated compressors: OXYBERG® 500–900 with KOMPBERG® BSDK7; OXYBERG® 1000 with KOMPBERG® BSDKF11/13.
• If site compressed-air infrastructure meets requirements (approx. 7 bar, required flow & quality), the plant can be supplied without the compressor and connected to existing supply.

Quality monitoring and special options

• O₂ purity is monitored continuously at the generator outlet by integrated purity and pressure sensors.
• 93 % O₂ configurations can be engineered for projects requiring European Pharmacopoeia monograph 2455 compliance; final delivered gas quality must be verified for the installed system and operating conditions.
• Final CE marking and conformity assessment depend on configuration and completion of the applicable procedures.
