Overview
The BMF 2500 S FLEXMIX feeder provides uniform, continuous asphalt supply to the paver, preventing thermal and physical demixing and correcting cold spots before paving. FLEXMIX is offered as FLEXMIX Basic (two conical augers in the hopper for homogeneous mixing) and as FLEXMIX S with an additional hydraulically folding mixing unit at the end of the short belt for final mixing prior to transfer to the paver. With high conveying capacity the unit can transfer a 27 t lorry load in approx. 35 s, reducing cycle time and operating costs.
