Overview
PelletingPro is a smart pelleting process control solution for precise final pellet moisture regulation and improved pelleting line performance. It combines inline Multi NIR moisture measurement, automatic moisture control after cooling and a digital optimization algorithm to stabilize production conditions and increase yield and throughput.

PelletingPro is designed to integrate into the feed production process chain, interacting with raw material intake, conveying/storage, sieving, weighing and dosing, grinding, mixing, conditioning/hygienization, pelleting, cooling, post-pelleting treatment (coating) and bagging. It supports Intelligent Process Optimization for mixed feed end-products.
