Large rollers and a robust roller-pressing unit enable high throughput. An integrated roller cooling system combined with automatic roller gap adjustment maintains even flake thickness across batches.

Designed for food safety and easy maintenance
The machine uses Dibond aluminium cladding, rounded corners and minimal horizontal surfaces to facilitate cleaning and compliance with hygiene standards. A reduced number of parts lowers wear and spare-part costs. Bearing journals without shoulders improve access for cleaning and maintenance.
