Description

CRI Monoblock Pump: C.R.I. Centrifugal Monoblock pump sets are powered by a totally enclosed fan-cooled AC induction two pole motor. The motor stator is made of low-watt loss silicon steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the frame. Construction of motor frame and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low-temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. In a monoblock pump, the main mover of the pump and motor are assembled jointly within a shelter. This design includes a mechanical device where a general shaft includes the revolving parts. The pump and the motor are connected without using any coupling device. Basics of a Monoblock Pump: A monoblock pump is constructed to avoid the transmission loss that occurs within the coupling-driven set as well as belt-driven set. While transmitting energy from the motor to the shaft there is no loss of energy in a monoblock pump. Monoblock pumps are installed close to reservoirs. The Monoblock water pumps are compact and simple. They are self-supporting and do not require extra base plates. They are cost-effective.
