IntroductionThe XCHPA Series desiccant dryers feature a low-profile design with manifolds and valves positioned for operator access, plus easily reachable fill and drain ports. Each model integrates advanced, durable components for simplified installation, operation and maintenance. The XCHPA is a heatless purge desiccant air dryer intended for industrial compressed air systems.
Features- Flow capacity: 150 - 3000 SCFM (higher flows available)
- Maximum working pressure: 150 PSIG standard (higher pressures available)
- Low-profile design with low-mounted filtration for ease of service
- NEMA 4 enclosure and 7" color touchscreen controller standard
- Tower pressure gauges and packaged pre/post filtration standard
- Stainless steel desiccant screens for protection and easy replacement
Benefits- Engineered for low pressure drop through optimized valve selection, tower sizing and filter design
- Optional Energy Management System (EMS) reduces purge consumption while maintaining a stable dew point
- Large sound-attenuating purge mufflers with integrated relief valves improve safety and reduce noise
- Low profile places valves and service points at operator level, simplifying maintenance
- Pre-filter and after-filter protect desiccant and downstream equipment from oil and particulates
- Temperature-controlled heater/blower available for heated regeneration to limit electrical consumption (option)
