Description

Product Overview
GasTDL-3001 is an in-situ extractive TDLAS gas analyzer for real-time measurement of NH3 and HCl in flue gas. Based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), it provides highly selective, low-interference measurements and fast response tailored to CEMS and process control in industrial exhaust systems.
GasTDL-3001 uses an in-situ extractive configuration with the measurement unit mounted on the stack to minimize sample transport and response delay. The extracted gas path is heated and made from low-adsorption materials to prevent NH3 and HCl adsorption or condensation, preserving sample integrity. Full-path calibration capability ensures long-term measurement stability and suitability for flue gas cleaning control and emissions monitoring in power generation, chemical and metallurgical plants.
