Safe gas valve system. - Low energy consumption. - Simple service and assembly. - Frost protection. Capacity: 25kW Gas Consumption: NG 2.38m³/h / LPG 1.76kg/h Dimensions: 515h / 1440L / 410w Weight: Net 31.80kg / Gross 36.60kg Working Pressure: 21-55mbar NG / 32-55mbar LPG Heating Area: min 35m² / avg 40m² / max 60m² Stages: Standard 2 / Plus 5 Ceramic Plates: 12 pcs Electrical Connection: 230-240VAC 50-60Hz +/-15% Gas Connection: G ¾’’ Installation Height: 230-450cm Package Dimensions: 550h / 1470L / 450w DSR Ceramic Radiants - Special design with high heat capacity Daygas ceramic stone, efficient and economical power in local heating solutions… - Sun technology. - All metallic components are resistant to high temperatures and durable. - All electrical components are made of non-flammable silicone cables with high heat resistance. Ceramic Stones Daygas ceramic radiant devices use special edition Daygas ceramic stones. The radiant wavelength must be in the infrared. Since the surface of the ceramic stone radiates according to the desired conditions, the choice and quality of the stone are very important. Control Device - Remote control. - Pako switched manual control. - Integration via control card. - Automatic thermostat control. - Integration into automation system (SCADA control). The variety of control scenarios offered as 5 different alternatives allows proper and appropriate management of the products. The most suitable control scenario is chosen by evaluating the on-site use of the devices and site conditions. As a result, control with the right solution scenario facilitates both fuel savings and long-term trouble-free service. Automation System Integration (SCADA Control) Our devices can be directly integrated into building automation systems (BMS) via Modbus communication protocol through the RS485 port (internal), or if no BMS is available, device control can be used fully automatically from a single center via an HMI touchscreen or PC. - Device operation scheduling by days and hours. - View system device error codes and identify which device has the problem and store it in memory. - Operation of heating devices with step control and regional or individual modulation. - Functional controls such as instant, daily, weekly, or monthly monitoring of fuel consumption are advantages of the integrated automation system. Control Panel - Password protection. - 24/7 programmable function. - 128 x 64 graphic LCD screen. - Heat retention mode. - Frost protection device. - Computer communication port. - Automatic and manual control options. - Possibility to connect an external temperature sensor. - Ability to control 8 independent zones and 32 devices in total. Makes your work easier with many commands, from turning devices on and off on working days and at desired time intervals, to keeping the environment warm within the set temperature range for frost protection when the business is closed. Analog Thermostat The Daygas analog thermostat automatically turns off the device when the set temperature value is reached, then when the ambient temperature drops below the desired value, the device automatically switches on at the maximum level and starts working again. In this way, it saves fuel. Temperature Sensor - Frost protection mode. - Possibility of modulating control. - Temperature adjustment via the device. When your devices approach the programmed temperature with the Daygas temperature sensor, it saves fuel by reducing the modulation value of the device according to weather conditions. When the environment reaches the desired temperature, the device turns off automatically, then when it falls below the desired value, the device automatically turns on at the most appropriate temperature level for the environment and starts working again. Pako Switched Manual Control With the pako switched control, step-adjustable manual control can be provided on the pako. For more local solutions where there is no control panel or it is not necessary, devices can be operated at the desired level via the pako switch. The heating elements can be controlled with independent step adjustment. Since the device is not powered in standby – in (0) position on the Pako, the device to be turned off goes to sleep after shutdown procedures, thus ensuring the longevity of the devices. Remote Control Daygas remote controls are easy-to-use control devices with 3 buttons and simple functions. Thanks to the Daygas remote control, all device functions such as on/off, heat adjustment, and reset can be easily controlled. All Daygas products can be controlled remotely with a single remote.
