DescriptionType NML is a PN16 chemical process pump built to ISO 2858 with a magnetic coupling. Sizes adapted from the standard performance curve and tailored to operator requirements are arranged to provide efficient operation across the duty range.
Magnetic coupling and constructionThe pump is equipped with a permanent magnet coupling; the containment shell hermetically separates the pumped medium from the exterior. An internal circulation flow evacuates heat generated by eddy current losses.
Bearing and sealingThe pump shaft runs in SiC sleeve bearings; the drive shaft is supported by grease-lubricated rolling bearings. Wear rings are standard on suction and discharge sides. Axial thrust is balanced by relief holes, back vanes or other measures as appropriate.
