OverviewDoka 3-ply sheets form a universal family of formwork panels used across Doka formwork systems. They are specified for consistent concrete surface appearance, repeat reuse and dimensional accuracy thanks to selected wood veneers and dedicated surface treatments.
Variants- 3-SO — quality three-ply sheet for special requirements, choice timber and precise surface treatment for improved concrete results
- 3S basic — cost-efficient three-ply sheet with melamine-coated closed surface on both faces for standard applications and multiple reuse
- 3-S plus — three-ply sheet designed for Doka tableforms with a high-grade PU sealing layer to increase dimensional stability and reduce cracking
- Textured 3-SO — grooved/brushed finish variant for patterned concrete surfaces (V-groove parameters: 125 mm pitch, 6.5 mm width, 3 mm depth)
Applications- Base panels for Doka formwork systems (tables, wall and slab formwork)
- Suitable for standard and specialized concrete surface requirements
- Used where repeat reuse and geometric accuracy reduce finishing costs on site
Technical specifications- Type: three-ply formwork sheets (variants: 3-SO, 3S basic, 3-S plus)
- Wood species: spruce (choice quality timber for certain variants)
- Glue-bonding: crosswise, boilproof/weathering-resistant where specified
- Surface: urea-melamine resin adhesive coating (3S basic and related variants)
- Surface sealing: 3-S plus features a single-side varnish sealant layer sanded with corundum particles and referenced high-grade PU sealing layer
- Edge: impregnating emulsion (yellow) or optional edge strip on some variants
- Format/accuracy: high degree of format and angle accuracy across variants
- Durability: engineered for multiple reuse with specially treated face ply for extended service life
- Thickness examples: commonly available in 21 mm and 27 mm (product-dependent)
