Dosing pumps, acid, chlorine, liquid fertilizer, etc. It is a type of precision pump designed to be used in places where chemicals need to be dosed.
Dosing Pump Features
Design with adjustable stroke speed with the potentiometer on it
Easy and flexible installation and use thanks to its vertically mounted design
Full plastic body providing high resistance to corrosive chemicals
Electromagnet controlled by electronic circuit and long-lasting teflon (PTFE) diaphragm
Less maintenance thanks to ceramic ball design
Discharge and suction accessories
Dosing pumps can be called a type of pump that provides automatic dosing of certain chemicals for different purposes. In these pumps, which can also be called electronically operated electromagnetic dosing pumps, the flow is provided by the movement of the diaphragm. With the impulse coming from the electronic circuit, the magnet pulls the diaphragm piston and thus maximum stroke occurs, the diaphragm connected to the steel core pushes the solution to the pump head.
The suction check valve at the suction port closes, the discharge check valve at the discharge port opens and the solution is pressed into the discharge hose. After the magnetization is completed, the suction check valve opens and the discharge check valve closes, thus the liquid is drawn into the pump head. Frequency adjustment should be made slowly. As a result, the dosing process is carried out thanks to the dosing pump.
Chlorine Dosing
INJECTA Dosing Pumps; acid, chlorine, liquid fertilizer, etc. They are precision dosing devices designed to be used in places where chemicals need to be dosed (pools, drinking water, agricultural irrigation, etc.).
