Product overview
The DCE-H tube clamps are heavy-series clamps compliant with DIN 3015-2, designed to secure rigid pipes and form rigid tube systems for liquids or gases. Intended for heavy industrial hydraulics where high mechanical strength and effective vibration and noise reduction are required. Typical applications include heavy industrial hydraulics, rail and naval sectors, offshore and onshore platforms.

Material
Polypropylene-based (PP) technopolymer with high UV resistance, colour RAL 9005 (black).

Standard execution
Original design ELESA. Two fastening holes for cylindrical-head or hexagon-head screws.

Working temperature
From -30 °C to +90 °C.

Applications
The DCE-H heavy-series clamp is used to lock tubes and assemble rigid piping systems (liquids or gases) in applications requiring high mechanical resistance and reduction of vibration and noise.

DIN 3015-2 group -> DCE-H group: 1 -> 1, 2 -> 2, 3 -> 3, 4 -> 4, 5 -> 5.
