Oil-Sealed Vacuum Pumps
Description:
EVYP oil-sealed vacuum pumps create a vacuum using a stator and an eccentric rotor placed inside the stator. Air intake occurs from the top of the stator, and the gas entering the stator is compressed in chambers formed between the rotor blades. The gas-oil mixture compressed in the reducing volume of the chambers is discharged through the stator exit holes into a connected oil tank. In this tank, the gas-oil mixture is separated through mechanical effects and filters. As a result, the gas drawn by the generated vacuum is delivered to the exhaust line, separated from the oil. The separated oil is filtered for cleanliness and continues to circulate within the system.
