Metal Chip Briquetter

Enerpat BM-1090 Metal Chip Briquetter is a single-output hydraulic briquetting system designed to compress metal chips into leak‑proof cylindrical briquettes for easier storage, transport and furnace feeding. Integrates high-efficiency fluid separation (up to ~95%) to recover cutting oil and improve workshop conditions. CE/ISO compliant. Key electrical components from Siemens and Schneider. Operating principle
Chips are delivered by a chip conveyor into the feed zone. Horizontal and vertical dual augers provide forced feeding into the compression chamber. A hydraulic system under electronic control compresses the material into briquettes and ejects them while separating cutting fluids for recovery.
