ENERPAT BM-570 metal chip briquetter, built on British technology, integrates briquetting and dewatering functions. The machine is designed for continuous non-blocking operation and produces high-density cylindrical briquettes. It increases metal recycling throughput by 10%–30% while complying with environmental regulations. Supplied with original parts and warranties: 1 year for the unit and 5 years for the motor.

Working principle

• Spiral (screw) feeding: dual-action horizontal and vertical screw conveyors provide smooth and even feeding of scrap into the compression chamber.
• Hydraulic compression: hydraulic system drives the cylinder to form cold, high-density cylindrical briquettes.
• Automatic discharge: inclined discharge opening ensures rapid and automatic removal of finished briquettes.
