The defining characteristic is a dual-discharge layout that enables pressing and discharge to run simultaneously; left and right outlets alternate to significantly raise throughput. Recycling removes cutting fluids (oils, lubricants and other liquids), improving recovered metal value by 10%–30% and shortening ROI for high-output operations.

How it worksMaterials are fed by a horizontal screw conveyor with a stirring rod to prevent blockage; the spiral feeds material into a pre-pressing chamber. An integral hydraulic cylinder drives the main rod for high-pressure compression into the mold. After pressing, briquettes are automatically pushed out; the higher discharge port enables direct bagging and reduces secondary handling.

Industrial oil coolers regulate oil temperature for continuous 24/7 operation. PLC control (Siemens or Schneider) with touchscreen enables real-time monitoring and straightforward operation. Upgraded motors (15–30 kW) slightly increase consumption while doubling production versus single-output models.
Applications and OutputSuitable for compacting aluminum shavings, steel chips, iron, copper and similar metal wastes into dense briquettes for easier handling, stacking and transport. Example: BM-D1612 can process approximately 500 kg/h of aluminum shavings — about a 100% improvement over single-output units.
