The ENERPAT BM-D Series Double Output Metal Chip Compactor converts metal chips (iron, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, titanium) into solid briquettes while separating cutting fluids with an oil recovery rate up to 95%. The machine produces leak-free briquettes that reduce storage volume, facilitate compliance with environmental inspections and increase recycling value (example increases: $276.19–$514.28 per ton; 2,000–3,000 RMB per ton for iron shavings). Uses original components; CE and ISO certified. Warranty: 1-year unit, 5-year motor.

Working Principle
