Description

Overview
ENERPAT aluminium briquetting machines convert loose, oily or wet aluminium chips and shavings into compact, dry, stackable briquettes. Available in BM series models with compression forces from 315 to 5000 t and capacities from approx. 1 to 120 t/h depending on model. Typical applications: machining shops, CNC turning/milling, foundries and recycling lines.

Operating Principle
Waste chips are conveyed into the briquetting inlet and hydraulically compressed into briquettes. Core steps:
  • Conveying and Feeding — Chip conveyor moves material to the briquetter inlet.
  • Dual Auger Feeding — Horizontal and transverse augers ensure uniform, continuous feeding and prevent bridging.
  • Hydraulic Compression — High-pressure hydraulics compress the material; finished briquettes are ejected for stacking and handling.
