Operating PrincipleWaste chips are conveyed into the briquetting inlet and hydraulically compressed into briquettes. Core steps:
- Conveying and Feeding — Chip conveyor moves material to the briquetter inlet.
- Dual Auger Feeding — Horizontal and transverse augers ensure uniform, continuous feeding and prevent bridging.
- Hydraulic Compression — High-pressure hydraulics compress the material; finished briquettes are ejected for stacking and handling.
