OverviewThe REVOLFLOW laminar slit nozzle is designed for local extraction of welding fumes to protect operators by directing pollutant flows away from the breathing zone. It is suitable for TIG, MIG and stick welding and integrates easily into workshop extraction systems.
Key benefits- Efficient capture across the full width of the slit; effective up to approx. 500 mm depending on process
- Lightweight design for easy mounting on supports or extraction arms
- Quick shut-off by integrated flap for process control
- 360° rotation for fast, precise positioning
- Improved visibility by positioning behind or in front of the workstation
Design & integrationThe nozzle connects directly to a supply hose with fan unit, to an extraction network or to an articulated arm. Its compact, low-profile construction minimizes workspace obstruction and allows rapid installation on ENGMAR or existing extraction arms without major modifications. Multiple sizes are available to match specific workstation requirements.
Standards complianceRecommended applicationsWelding stations for metal fabrication, sheet metal work, piping and industrial assembly where local extraction of welding fumes is required. Suitable for production and maintenance environments.
Additional product advantages- Extended capture area reduces the need for frequent arm repositioning compared with traditional hoods
- Flexible positioning (in front of or behind the operator) for optimal workpiece visibility
- Compatibility with ENGMAR extraction arms and common extraction systems for versatile installation
