Control & Operation
The 10.4" smartouch control with m-motion enables quick selection and monitoring of aggregates, storage of user-defined programs and fast repeatable setups. Key functions include:

• Storage and loading of user programs and unlimited edge program memory
• Adjustable, intuitive display of aggregates and parameters
• Glue parameter setting for EVA or PUR with temperature control and automatic standby reduction
• Order-specific selection of aggregates and fine distance adjustments
• Maintenance plan, clear text error messages and odometer for total metres processed
• Network connection and x-motion Plus option for advanced program generation

Glue & Edge Feeding
Teflon-coated gluepot (1.5 kg) supports PUR and EVA adhesives and supplies approx. 375 m of edge material on a 19 mm panel. Warm-up time ~10 minutes. Options include scraper cleaning for fast glue changes. Edge feed accepts continuous edging from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm and panel thicknesses up to 45 mm.

Machining & Finishing Units

• Premilling: Two counter-rotating, individually adjustable premilling units with diamond-coated spiral cutters for tear-free edges on laminated panels.
• Pressure zone: Teflon-coated aluminium roller and rubber contact roller with adjustable contact pressure and m-motion positioning.
• End trimming: Linear and inclined traverse end trimming with high-frequency motors (12,000 rpm) for precise horizontal and vertical cuts.
• Multifunctional trimming: Independent top and bottom trimming units (12,000 rpm) for flush, radius or bevel finishes; linear guides for precision and low maintenance.
• Radius and surface scraping: Remove trimming remnants and glue residues for smooth surfaces.
• Infrared lamp: Pre-heats edge surface to improve adhesion on cold workpieces.
