Without the limitations present in bell machines, this horizontal machine has a very wide range of applications. The 20 mc/H vacuum pump. allows a high production and the sealing bar with compressed air closure ensures perfect sealing on any type of material even of high thickness. The suction system with spouts allows the use of any type of smooth or embossed bag (WITHOUT BELLOWS). The bars are closed by means of a double button command (safety double command). When you have to package flour or products that could make a little dust, it is absolutely recommended to install the dust filter to avoid damaging the vacuum pump (main part of the machine) Similarly, we recommend installing the liquid filter when you need to vacuum pack products such as sauces or tomato sauces. The machine is available in the following models: DZ 800 W-1B: standard model with a single sealing bar, suitable for very thick bags without bellows. DZ 800 W-1BG: model with a single sealing bar and gas inlet included, suitable for thick bags without gussets. DZ 800 W-2BG: model with double sealing bar and gas inlet included, suitable for very thick bags also with bellows.
