Bench thermosealers for food trays. FP-TM THERMOSEALERS Simple, professional, bench thermosealers, suitable for closing food trays. The FP-TM thermosealers are equipped with a hot plate that, manually lowered by the operator, allows the plastic film to be sealed onto the plastic trays, sealing and protecting the contents. The FP-TM thermosealers are equipped with a temperature selector that makes them easy to use on any type and thickness of film/trays. Depending on the machine and mold purchased, it is possible to heat up a tray or two trays simultaneously. For each type of tray you must use the relative mold. Operation: Wait for 10 minutes to warm the plate at the set temperature. Insert the tray into the mold, pull the plastic film towards you to completely cover the tray and manually lower the sealing plate. The heat-sealing machine will alert you when the seconds are elapsed. Raise the plate and pull out the sealed tray. The rear part of the film (the one towards the reel) will be cut automatically by a knurled blade. Trim the front excess film using a pair of scissors.
