  • The Fluke Calibration 5322A Multifunction Electrical Tester Calibrator integrates multiple calibration functions into one instrument to replace discrete resistors, decade boxes and custom fixtures commonly used for electrical safety tester calibration.
  • Designed to increase lab and production throughput — up to four times faster when automated with MET/CAL calibration management software versus manual multi‑product methods.


Key functions and capabilities
  • Calibrates a wide range of testers: hipot/AC‑DC, insulation resistance (megaohm) testers, leakage current testers, multifunction installation testers, portable appliance testers (PATs), continuity and ground bond testers, loop/line impedance testers and RCD/GFCI testers.
  • Continuously variable high‑voltage resistance outputs for insulation resistance calibration: 10 kΩ to 100 GΩ at 1.5 kV (extendable to 10 TΩ with external R‑multiplier and included 10 kV divider).
  • Leakage current simulation for direct/touch, differential and substitute methods with 10 µA resolution (0.1 mA to 30 mA).
  • Precision low‑resistance sources for continuity and ground bond: 100 mΩ to 10 kΩ (2‑wire and 4‑wire modes; discrete 10 mΩ option available).
  • Line/loop impedance outputs using 16 high‑power resistors, Scan mode and optional Active Loop Compensation (VLC) to compensate residual impedance (COMP mode up to 2 Ω).
  • RCD/GFCI simulation and measurement: calibrates trip current and trip time across multiple modes (0.5×I, 1×I, 1.4×I, 2×I, 5×I and PAT modes) with high resolution and low uncertainties.
  • Hipot AC/DC voltage calibration and measurement up to 5 kV built‑in; optional 10 kV divider and optional characterized 40 kV probe for higher voltage applications.
  • Optional 600 V precision AC/DC source (VLC option) for voltage calibration and synchronized Active Mode to reduce interference.


User interface and controls
