The X/Y/Z three-axis linkage provides full coverage of the workpiece for laser scanning, contour measurement and surface inspection. A double-column rigid beam ensures stable motion. The Z-axis allows fast height adjustment to fit various sensors and samples, with repeat positioning accuracy ±0.01 mm. A multi-hole base supports flexible fixturing for different workpiece sizes. Typical model stroke for this series is 50–1050 mm, maximum speed 200 mm/s and maximum load 70 kg.
