OverviewThe PCIR signal conditioners are designed for displacement transducers (linear and rotary). Each model integrates a single SMD circuit with high‑stability electronic components to provide very good linearity and low thermal drift. The electronics are housed in a 4‑pole connector with internal trimmers for Zero and Span adjustment. The connector's internal part can be rotated in 90° steps, enabling installation in four orientations.
Main features- Interface module integrated in the connector
- Standard output 0…10 Vdc (PCIR 101)
- Standard output 4…20 mA (PCIR 102)
- Single SMD circuit with high‑stability components
- High linearity and low thermal drift of Zero and Span
- Adjustable Zero and Span via internal trimmers
- Connector internal part rotatable in 90° steps (4 mounting orientations)
DescriptionThe PCIR 101 (0…10 Vdc) and PCIR 102 (4…20 mA) condition the potentiometer/displacement sensor signal directly at the connector. The compact SMD electronics perform signal conversion and compensation; Zero and Span can be fine‑tuned using internal trimmers accessible after connector installation. The mechanical design allows the connector insert to be rotated by 90° increments to adapt to different cable routing and mounting constraints.
