Features

• The 88 m³ tank wagon Za(c)ns is designed for transport of white mineral oil; tank code L4BH; test pressure 4 bar.
• Built to RID and TSI regulations and relevant EN / UIC standards; equipped with TEN GE marking for operation in traffic.
• Tare weight approximately 20.9 t (ULT25 wheelset with standard brake) or 20.7 t (ULT25 with CFCB brake).
• Working temperature range −20 °C to +50 °C; structure compliant with EN 12663-2 and UIC 530-1 for automatic coupler mounting.

Capabilities

• Loading through the dome (flap cover with four screws) or optional DN 150 filling nozzle.
• Track-level operation on both sides with T-pipes and side oblique valves DN 100 for the liquid phase.
• DN 50 / 2 in connection provided for the gas phase.
• Loading and unloading equipment can be adapted to customer requirements.
• The wagon can be manufactured and delivered in multiple configurations:
• Underframe: with or without central kit fixed along the tank (MODULAR solution).
• Brake options: KE-GP-A(K) or MH-GP-A(K) in standard configuration, or CFCB as an option; all provide a basis for further digitalization of freight wagons.
