Description

Overview
The hydraulic driven BEKA HP-Series pumps are compact, piston-driven units designed for progressive lubrication of hydraulic attachments and equipment using NLGI‑1 and NLGI‑2 greases. The series includes several pump variants such as HPM, HPM‑2, HPM‑2S, HPG‑2 and HPH, which cover different reservoir and distributor configurations.

General details
HP-Series pumps feature a compact, robust design for installation on limited-space hydraulic equipment. The HPM‑2 is intended to be connected to a progressive divider block via a main feed line. The HPM delivery volume is adjustable between 0.2 and 2 cm3 per stroke. HPM models accept 400 g grease cartridges: the HPM uses a cartridge sleeve while the HPM‑2S is compatible with standard type S cartridges screwed directly into the pump housing. The HPG‑2 is available with an integrated MX‑2 progressive distributor and also provides a separate lubrication outlet for higher dosage to a specific point. The HPG‑2 supports type S cartridges or other cartridge types via adapter for quick, clean refilling without additional tools.

Key features
  • Hydraulic piston‑driven pumps for progressive lubrication systems
  • Compatible with NLGI‑1 and NLGI‑2 greases (compatibility depends on model)
  • Reservoir options: 400 g cartridge sleeve or direct screw‑in cartridge (type S)
  • Adjustable delivery volume and configurable number of distributor elements on applicable models
  • HPG‑2 option with integrated MX‑2 progressive distributor and separate high‑dose outlet
