Product introductionFully automatic dual-channel linear corner-spout inserting and heat-sealing machine for automatic mounting and thermal sealing of spouts on pouches. Suitable for spouts of various diameters, lengths and models. Widely used for packaging laundry detergent, beverages, edible oils, folding/outdoor water pouches and similar products. Machine can be customized for integration with filling production lines.
Working principleThe conveyor transports pouches to the pick position. The pouch-picking mechanism transfers each pouch to a positioning platform for accurate placement. The placing mechanism sets the pouch back on the conveyor, where belt pressing secures it. The pouch is conveyed to a cutting station for corner cutting, then to an opening station for 90° rotation and spout insertion. Finally the pouch moves to the heat-sealing station and then to cooling.
