Product Introduction
The fully automatic two-station rotary tube sealing machine is designed for automatic sleeving and heat sealing of straws and spout-type bags. It handles various straw diameters, lengths and bag formats, and is suitable for beverage spout stand-up bags, suckable jelly, condiments and personal care products. The machine can be customized to integrate with filling lines for continuous operation.

System Composition

• Dual-station structure including bag feeding system, tube feeding system, heat sealing system, bag discharge, reject mechanism, transition conveyor, control system and machine base.
• Bag feeding unit includes placement, positioning, pick-and-place and sleeving mechanisms to mount bags onto straws one by one.
• Tube feeding uses a vibration bowl and transfer chute with automatic detection and start/stop control during feed.
• Heat sealing unit comprises preheating, heat sealing and cooling stages (1 preheat cutter, 4 heat sealing cutters, 1 cooling cutter); sealing and cooling cutters can be adapted for different straw sizes.
• Each sealing cutter group supports independent temperature control and separate adjustment.
• Bag collection includes discharge mechanism and automatic tray replacement when full.
• Operator interface displays real-time status including production speed, output count, shift yield, date and temperature parameters.
