Product Overview
The GF-2200Z is an automatic spout insert and sealing machine. Spouts are fed via hopper, vibrating tray and chutes to the spout bracket, rotate on the turntable to the pouch station, where pouches are picked up, positioned on the spout fixture and conveyed together to the heat-sealing station. Front and rear sealing knives perform heat sealing; finished pouches are pushed to the finished goods area and rejected waste is removed automatically at the waste port.
