Machine production / Working samples and system descriptionThe sealing system consists of a spout feeding system, pouch feeding system, heat sealing unit, pouch collection system and central control. Spout feeding uses chutes, vibratory feeders and guide rails with photoelectric sensors. Pouch feeding is pneumatic suction-based. The turntable configuration with multiple workstations increases throughput. Each sealing blade has independent temperature control. The HMI displays real-time status (output, timing, success/failure rates). The base is designed for easy disassembly, transport and assembly.
