Description

Application Scope
Primarily used in electrical control, conveying and transmission systems of industrial automation equipment. Particularly suited to mechanical applications with repeated bending and torsional movements, e.g. robotics and energy/drag chains. Designed for industrial environments requiring high mechanical performance and chemical resistance.

  • Flame retardant per IEC 60332-1-2; oil resistance per EN 60811-404

  • Bending radius: for travel < 10 m → 4×D; for travel ≥ 10 m → 7.5×D (D = cable outer diameter)

  • Conductor: ultra-fine multi-strand tinned bare copper (tensile core), compliant with IEC 60228
  • Insulation: Category 6 TPE core insulation
  • Outer sheath: PUR, grey (RAL 7001)
  • Stranding: <8 cores — bundled stranding; ≥8 cores — grouped stranding around reinforcement core
