Application scope
Control signal cables for connecting robot control systems (including arc welding robots, spot welding robots, assembly robots, painting robots, material handling robots, underwater exploration robots, engraving robots, palletising robots and other robot types). Suitable for installations with severe repeated bending, moving drag‑chain applications and environments with electromagnetic interference from motors and equipment.

• Flexible, abrasion‑resistant outer surface with cut resistance
• Flame retardant per IEC 60332‑1‑2; oil resistant per EN 60811‑404
• Maximum travel speed: ≤ 3 m/s
• Bending radius: travel < 10 m → 4×D; travel ≥ 10 m → 7.5×D (D = cable outer diameter)
• Designed for cable‑chain operation: service life > 20 million chain cycles

• Conductor: ultra‑fine, multi‑strand bare copper (with tensile core), IEC 60228 compliant
• Insulation: Category 6 TPE core insulation
• Outer sheath: PUR, grey (RAL 7001)
• Stranding: < 8 cores — bundled stranding; ≥ 8 cores — grouped stranding around reinforcement core
