Application Scope
Control signal cables for connecting robot control systems (including arc welding, spot welding, assembly, painting, material handling, underwater exploration, engraving, palletising and other robot types). Suitable for continuous flexing in cable drag chains and environments with electromagnetic interference from motors and equipment.

• Flexible, bendable cable body with abrasion- and cut-resistant outer sheath
• Flame retardancy: IEC 60332-1-2; Oil resistance: EN 60811-404
• Maximum travel speed: ≤ 3 m/s
• Bending radius: travel < 10 m → 4×D; travel ≥ 10 m → 7.5×D (D = cable outer diameter)
• Designed for continuous drag-chain operation with service life > 20 million cycles

• Conductor: ultra-fine, multi-strand, finely twisted bare copper (with tensile core), compliant with IEC 60228
• Insulation: Category 6 TPE core insulation
• Outer sheath: PUR, colour grey (RAL 7001)
• Stranding: < 8 cores — bundled; ≥ 8 cores — grouped around reinforcement core
