Product Application
The GDX301 central-tube parallel steel wire outdoor armoured optical cable places colored optical fibres in loose tubes within a central tube, protected by corrugated steel armor, a water-blocking tape and an extruded PE outer sheath with a blue identification strip. Parallel steel wires embedded in the outer sheath increase tensile and compressive strength, making the cable suitable for overhead outdoor installation. Available in single-mode (G.652.D) and multimode (OM2/OM3/OM4) variants, the product is designed to comply with relevant international standards such as ISO/IEC 11801, ANSI/TIA-568.3-D, IEC 60794 and YD/T 769; optical fibre characteristics meet ITU-T G.561, ITU-T G.652.D and IEC 60793 requirements.
