Loose‑tube laminated outdoor armoured optical cable GDX311 is designed for direct burial or installation in ducts for long‑distance outdoor telecommunications and industrial backbones. The cable places colored optical fibers inside loose tubes, applies corrugated steel armour and a wire‑center reinforcement, inserts water‑blocking material between armour and tubes, and extrudes a PE outer sheath to protect fibers from mechanical and environmental stress.
