Overview
Self-contained wedge type. Scroll chucks offer dead true precision and guarantee .0005” repeatability on duplicate parts. This precision is achieved by a built-in .020” clearance between the chuck body cavity and the mounting plate hub, which allows opposing screws ample movement to adjust the work accurately. Adjustment takes less than a minute and no further adjustment is needed to achieve precision within .0005” TIR on duplicate parts.
