Overview
Food-industry steam jacketed kettle with integrated mixer, designed for heating, mixing and batch cooking of soups, sauces, jams, dairy products and confectionery in industrial kitchens and food production lines.

Design & Principle
Double-wall jacket construction allows steam, hot water or thermal oil to circulate between the walls for even heat transfer and reduced risk of burning. Integrated agitator provides continuous, adjustable-speed mixing. Fabricated in food-grade stainless steel (SS304 standard, SS316 optional). Options include tilting discharge, bottom valve and CIP-ready design.
