Overview
The main feature of megamount DUO is the double carriage system that provides independent translational movement for both the tool arm and the clamping unit, enabling faster and safer wheel positioning. Both translational movements operate at double speed. The tool arm is fully automatic (hydraulic lift and rotation) and its 100 mm diameter shaft — the largest in its category — increases stiffness and control during operations. The bead-breaker nail can be lowered fully to enlarge the bead-breaking area. The universal hydraulic 4-jaws chuck with four grooves clamps rims from 11” to 46” (extendable to 60” with optional extensions). The machine structure is reinforced to avoid bending under heavy loads, suitable for demanding workshop environments.
