Overview
The KNPB-16 delivers power and data over a single Cat-5 (or higher) cable using Power over Ethernet (PoE). It supports any 10/100 Mbps link and provides industry-standard IEEE 802.3af/at power with advanced auto-sensing to allocate power to PDs and negotiate link speed and duplex. The switch uses store-and-forward processing with low latency and a 128 Kb buffer, and includes Gigabit uplinks for easy integration into existing networks. Rack-mountable design simplifies deployment in equipment rooms.

Applications
Suitable for supplying power and network connectivity to IP cameras, WLAN access points, IP phones, access control panels and other PoE-enabled devices in surveillance, access control and enterprise LAN environments.
