TS2 is a high-performance tube fiber laser cutting machine designed for efficient, precise cutting of tubes and structural profiles. Standard power range: 3000W–6000W, suitable for production environments requiring high throughput and repeatability.

• Maximum linkage speed: 140 m/min; acceleration up to 1.4G; chuck rotation up to 140 r/min.
• High-speed kinematics and optimized motion control reduce cycle time and increase productivity.

Dynamic Chuck

• Two digital intelligent chucks as standard for stable clamping.
• Automatic tube-size detection and automatic adjustment of air pressure and clamping force within 2 seconds.
• Rear chuck with air and dust suction to keep workpieces and the processing area clean.

Capability of Multiple Tube Processing

• Standard configuration includes two clamps for tubes and profiles.
• Single-tube max weight: ≤ 300 kg.
