Designed in JapanDeveloped at HSG's Global R&D Center in Kanagawa, Tokyo, the series integrates laser optics innovations and an operator-friendly interface to support production performance.
3-chuck capacity and variantsThe T series uses a three-chuck design for increased load capacity and short-tail cutting. Available variants: T2 (Φ20–240 mm) and T3 (Φ40–350 mm), covering a broad range of medium to larger tubes.
Full-length loading and unloadingHollow chucks allow through-passage of full-length tubes for automated loading and unloading. Automatic processing lengths can reach up to 6 m.
Zero-tail cuttingForward/back movement of the chuck automatically adjusts tube position to achieve zero leftover, maximizing material utilization and reducing raw material costs.
Independent follow-up supportsLoad bed (7 m) and unload bed (6 m) are equipped with four independent servo follow-up supports each, providing robust support during rotary cutting for improved precision and stability.
Photoelectric loading detectionAdvanced photoelectric detection identifies the size, shape and position of each tube, enabling precise chuck clamping and real-time adjustment and feedback for stable, automated processing.
Front and rear chuck structureDurable double-front and single-rear chuck arrangement provides comprehensive clamping and support, enhancing load capacity and cutting accuracy.
HSG-X10000 cutting systemEquipped with the HSG-X10000 bus cutting system, the solution includes multiple auxiliary functions tailored to tube applications and a user-friendly interface to improve production efficiency and processing quality.
