Overview
R2 is a dual-chuck tube fiber laser cutting machine designed for stable, accurate cutting of small and medium tubes. Laser power options: 3000W–6000W. The machine targets efficient, low-waste production with modular automation options.

Triangular truss bed structure
R2 uses a triangular truss bed to increase overall mass and rigidity, ensuring stable and accurate cuts during rapid acceleration and deceleration phases.

Professional chucks and protection
Equipped with professional dual chucks and a dual anti-burn protection system: a copper heat shield plus a stainless-steel dust cover to resist heat and extend chuck service life.

Follow-up support (optional)
An optional servo follow-up support synchronizes with tube rotation, particularly useful when cutting flat tubes, keeping the tube steady without wobble for smooth, consistent cuts.

Chuck jumping and zero-tail cutting (optional)
Supports front-chuck jump cutting and optional zero-tail cutting to reduce material scrap and lower production costs.

WindTech loading system (optional)
When multi-tube loading is combined with the zero-tail function, the system upgrades to WindTech loading, reducing load time and improving overall processing efficiency (single-tube load time approx. 14 s depending on configuration).
