Overview
R2 Pro is an all-new high-speed tube laser cutting machine designed for medium tubes. Available laser power: 3000–6000W. Engineered to increase throughput and reduce production bottlenecks while supporting a wide range of metal tube profiles.

Motion performance and efficiency
Driven by a spindle rotation speed of 140 r/min, a link speed up to 150 m/min and maximum acceleration of 1.5G, the system delivers high dynamic performance suitable for automated production lines. Cutting throughput can improve by approximately 25% compared with conventional medium-tube solutions.

Precision control
Optional Dual-Scan dynamic correction tracks tube contour in real time and automatically adjusts the cutting path for irregular or roll-formed profiles. This reduces inconsistency and raises acceptable part rates from ~70% to over 99%. Typical tolerances: extruded tubes ±0.1 mm, irregular tubes ±0.2 mm.

Chamfering (option)
Optional ±45° chamfer cutting for accurate joint preparation, minimizing secondary finishing operations and reducing assembly time.

Short-tail cutting and nesting
Optimized nesting algorithms and short-tail cutting options maximize remnant utilization, reduce material waste and lower cost per part for high-volume production.

WindTech loader (option)
Optional multi-tube loader compatible with zero-remnant cutting. Capacity: round tubes Ø20–220 mm; rectangular/square side 20–220 mm. Tube length ranges: R2 PRO 4,000–6,500 mm (configurable) and R2-90 PRO 6,000–9,000 mm. Maximum single-tube weight (loader): 300 kg.

Dual anti-burn protection structure
System equipped with a copper anti-burn structure and stainless-steel anti-burn cover to improve heat resistance, extend service life and reduce maintenance costs versus standard chucks.
