Overview
The TX5R is a heavy-duty tube fiber laser cutting machine offering laser power options from 6000W to 20000W. It is designed for high-capacity processing of large-diameter tubes, heavy profiles and long lengths up to 12000 mm.

Lateral hanging machine bed
The lateral hanging bed lowers the center of gravity to facilitate manual handling, improve operator access and simplify loading of long or heavy tubes.

3+1 twin-chuck clamping technology
The integrated 3+1 twin-chuck design (C3 + C4) rotates and moves synchronously, providing combined clamping and support functions to eliminate tailing, improve stability and reduce material waste.

Independent servo follow-up support
Servo-driven follow-up supports deliver continuous support during cutting to maintain concentricity and cutting accuracy for heavy or long workpieces.

Follow-up supporting plate as unloading device
The follow-up supporting plate doubles as an unloading device, compatible with a wide range of tube sizes and facilitating safe tube dropping and handling.

Beveling processing (optional)
Optional beveling head enables 0–45° bevel cuts for joint preparation and welded-joint workflows.

Control system
HSG-X10000 Bus System: integrated control with common tube operations, process database and assistance functions for simplified programming and repeatable results.

Loading, unloading and automation

• Multi-tube automatic loader for simultaneous handling of heavy tubes
• Automatic unloading (follow-up plate or dual-flap tables) to protect parts and speed cycle time

Capacity for heavy tubes and profiles
Round tube capacity: Φ50–Φ510 mm. Square tube capacity: 50×50–500×500 mm. Single-tube loading capacity up to 2000 kg. Maximum tube length up to 12000 mm. Supports profiles such as angle steel and I-beams.
