Product Overview
HSG Laser released the TL four-chuck heavy-duty tube fiber laser cutting machine, engineered for stable cutting of heavy, large and long tubes. Power range: 6000W–20000W.

Four Chucks Structure
  • Heavy-duty pneumatic chucks for stable clamping
  • Maximum clamping diameter: 660 mm (round tube)

Automatic Loading and Unloading System
The automatic loading/unloading system handles heavy tubes without machine shutdown, reducing unproductive time and lowering handling risks.

HSG-X Bus Control System
HSG-X is a bus-based control platform developed by HSG Laser to simplify operation and improve efficiency.

Imported servo motors with absolute encoders enable power-off cutting restart so cutting can resume after power interruption without loss of position.
